Five stars out of five stars! We can’t say enough good things about all Liz and Katie did for us in selling our home on Nyasa Bend! To start with, Liz gave us great advice on our asking price and during the negotiation process. Her guidance led to us clearing well beyond what we would have cleared on our own. And contrary to our initial misgivings, we followed her recommendation to use a stager, which made the house a lot more presentable. Liz and Katie were always spot-on in responding to our calls, and they always had answers and alternatives to offer.
